This directory contains details on unclassified short-period pulsating
variables identified in 21 OGLE-III Galactic disk fields.

The directory structure is as follows:

README - this file

shortpuls.dat - parameters of the stars

phot/I/ - I-band photometry of individual objects
phot/V/ - V-band photometry of individual objects
phot.tar.gz - gzipped phot/ directory

fcharts/ - finding charts for individual objects

pap.pdf - PDF version of the paper Pietrukowicz et al. (2013),
                    Acta Astron., 63, 379, (arXiv:1311.5894) describing
                    this result

Finding charts are gzipped Postscript images. The names of the files are
in the form: FIELD.CHIP.ID.ps.gz. The finding charts are 60"x60" subframes
of the I-band reference frames centered on the star. White cross marks the
star. North is up and East to the left.

The list of unclassified pulsating stars was shortened from 60 to 48
objects after a spectroscopic follow-up described in Pietrukowicz et al.
(2015, AcA, 65, 63; arXiv:1503.03499).

Any presentation of the scientific analysis or usage of the data from the
OGLE catalog of variable stars should include appropriate references
to OGLE papers.
